Duties

You will:

Serve an expert management and program analyst as well as the primary organizational representative for complex studies of extensive scope and duration for workforce and resource distribution, organizational makeup and programmatic initiatives to comply with legislative or regulatory changes impacting regional operations. Serve as the primary Regional coordinator for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging. Serve as the Regional coordinator for the annual Organizational Assessment, Regional Division Operating Plans (DOPs) and Regional Cross-Cutting priorities derived from the
Agency Strategic Plan, ensuring Regional program requirements are met.

One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.

You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
