About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support the needs of our organization. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate closely with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and customization of objects, fields, workflows, processes, validation rules, and other configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to support business processes and objectives. Customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making and performance monitoring. Manage data quality and integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, data loads, and ongoing data maintenance processes. Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adoption of Salesforce best practices. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization's Salesforce instance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency. Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Salesforce AppExchange apps and third-party integrations. Develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, process flows, configuration changes, and training materials. Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation activities, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, process builder, approval processes, and data management. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and familiarity with Salesforce Classic. Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or Salesforce Service Cloud. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework for basic troubleshooting and customization. Familiarity with data migration tools and processes, such as Salesforce Data Loader or Informatica Cloud. Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Experience with Salesforce Communities or other customer/partner-facing portals.
