Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of Salesforce implementation and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Salesforce projects, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget. The Salesforce Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

Lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, and execution. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to Salesforce best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and project reviews.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants. Foster collaboration and clear communication between team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Risk Management:

Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to avoid delays or budget overruns. Proactively address any project issues or blockers to keep the project on track.

Resource Allocation & Budgeting:

Allocate resources effectively to ensure project efficiency. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource usage, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure profitability.

Project Delivery & Reporting:

Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Provide regular project status updates and performance reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Salesforce Expertise:

Ensure that all Salesforce implementations align with industry standards and best practices. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform developments and identify opportunities for improvement or new solutions.

Requirements:

Experience:

4+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years dedicated to Salesforce implementations.

Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (required).

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (preferred).

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations with third-party systems. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
