Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care with a commitment to delivering holistic and patientcentered healthcare.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide advanced nursing care including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Valid license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in a relevant specialty. Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating health conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in providing services to children with serious emotional or behavioral health challenges and their families
