Job Title: T24 Delivery Manager


Desired Skillset:

  • Extensive experience with the Transact Loan Management System.
  • Proficiency in managing secured and unsecured lending processes In-depth knowledge of retail banking and/or commercial banking operations.
  • Proven track record of working on multiple Temenos T24 implementation projects for retail banking.
  • With over 7 years of experience delivering large-scale Temenos Transact implementations for secured and unsecured loans in retail and commercial banking
  • Managed multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Oversaw integration delivery involving over 30-40 systems for a retail bank.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of T24 implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  3. Requirement Analysis: Oversee customization and configuration of T24, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  4. Integration Management: Manage integration with over 30-40 systems within the bank's ecosystem.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes, overseeing user acceptance testing.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment.
