SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Professional and Technical

Bachelors Degree holder with 8+ years of work experience (preferably in a financial institution or private banking environment) K nowledge of basic Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and operations (e.g., Joiner, Mover Leaver (JML), Recertification, Role-based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties) Operator knowledge of identity and access solutions/toolsets (e.g., Active Directory, IDM) and banking applications/systems Meticulous documentation, records retention and management of audit artefacts Proficient in Data Analysis, Insights and Reporting using MS Excel and Pivots
