Responsibilities:

Perform network cabling tasks including installation termination and testing of cables in data center environments.

Configure and set up RACKs in data centers according to industry standards and best practices.

Install configure and maintain servers ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to server installations and configurations.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of servers and networking equipment.

Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations equipment installations and troubleshooting procedures.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to data center infrastructure.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

3 to 4 years of handson experience in network cabling RACK setup and server installation in data center environments.

Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems including installation configuration and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of OpenStack and GPU technologies is highly desirable.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center operations and infrastructure.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Linux (e.g. LPIC CompTIA Linux).

Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware KVM).

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python) for automation tasks.
