Art Director

As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual direction of our advertising campaigns. Working alongside a talented team of copywriters, designers, and strategists, you will be responsible for bringing big ideas to life through engaging and compelling visuals that resonate across multiple media platforms, including digital, print, social media, TV, and outdoor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative direction: Develop innovative concepts and visuals for advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social, TV, out-of-home).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, UX/visual designers and technologists to develop innovative and persuasive concepts to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns that align with the brand's vision and strategy.
  • Multi-channel expertise: Adapt creative ideas to different media formats, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Management: Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Client interaction: Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect campaign elements.
  • Trend awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, incorporating new techniques and ideas into campaign executions.
  • Team leadership: Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate their work, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in an art director or creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, such as Figma and Sketch
  • Proven experience creating successful campaigns across multiple media platforms (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
  • A strong portfolioshowcasing creative excellence in visual storytelling, concept development, and cross-channel campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and pitch creative ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics, ensuring high-quality creative output.
  • Collaborative spirit and a hands-on approach Be hands-on with exceptional execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
