Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, review job descriptions, and gain a clear understanding of open positions.
  • Establish qualification requirements, terms, and conditions of employment in partnership with management.
  • Create and post detailed job descriptions across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through initial phone interviews and meetings, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and maintain a robust talent pool for future opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize web-based tools, social media, and recruitment platforms to analyze hiring trends, post vacancies, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment strategies and hiring outcomes to improve talent acquisition processes.
  • Track and evaluate hiring results using recruitment metrics software, ensuring data-driven improvements.
  • Identify the most effective recruiting methods and channels to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Draft and place engaging recruitment advertisements in the most suitable digital and print media for each role.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other communications.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.
  • Advise hiring managers on salary negotiations and finalize employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Perform additional related duties as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use insights to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Proficient in HR and recruitment software (Greenhouse and LinkedIn), utilizing technology to enhance recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills, with the ability to implement and oversee effective workflows.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while taking initiative.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
