Recruitment Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, review job descriptions, and gain a clear understanding of open positions.
- Establish qualification requirements, terms, and conditions of employment in partnership with management.
- Create and post detailed job descriptions across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through initial phone interviews and meetings, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and maintain a robust talent pool for future opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize web-based tools, social media, and recruitment platforms to analyze hiring trends, post vacancies, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment strategies and hiring outcomes to improve talent acquisition processes.
- Track and evaluate hiring results using recruitment metrics software, ensuring data-driven improvements.
- Identify the most effective recruiting methods and channels to attract top-tier candidates.
- Draft and place engaging recruitment advertisements in the most suitable digital and print media for each role.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other communications.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.
- Advise hiring managers on salary negotiations and finalize employment terms with selected candidates.
- Perform additional related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use insights to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Proficient in HR and recruitment software (Greenhouse and LinkedIn), utilizing technology to enhance recruitment processes and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and process management skills, with the ability to implement and oversee effective workflows.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while taking initiative.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
