Roles & Responsibilities

Based in Singapore, Central region Mon - Fri, office working hours $3,000 - $4,000

Main responsibilities include but not limited to following:

Provide administrative support Perform receptionist duties and attend to guests Coordinating appointments Take part in planning and execution of company events Manager utilization of office staioneries and assets Attend to local/overseas couriers and mails Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management Ensure cleanliness and office facilities Perform HR tasks and ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

Minimum GCE O / A Level/ Diploma or equivalent At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
