Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to join our team at Willamette Dental Group. As an Oral Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a full scope of oral surgery permitted by the state, while embodying our treatment philosophy, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody Willamette Dental Group's treatment philosophy, mission, and values in all aspects of practice.
- Adhere to office strategic goals, economic value reports, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer experience.
- Obtain and maintain Nitrous Oxide credentials and/or other forms of minimal conscious sedation.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and blood-borne pathogens policies.
Requirements
- DDS, DMD, or BDS degree, with MSD or Certificate in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Board eligible or Board Certified.
Compensation and Benefits
Willamette Dental Group offers a competitive salary range of $350,000 - $500,000 USD, depending on experience, plus incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
Physical Requirements
The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, with occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items.
