POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in cultivating a customer-focused sales culture. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, ensuring asset protection, and overseeing human resources functions to optimize customer experience and profitability.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Culture
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and execute sales strategies
  • Establish clear performance expectations and hold team accountable
  • Manage payroll and supply budget
  • Oversee operational activities such as scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with laws and policies, conduct training for associates
  • Manage inventory processes and maintain store presentation
  • Develop a high-performance sales culture and train team on product knowledge
Building High Performing Teams
  • Motivate and inspire team members, promote problem-solving collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with team and lead positive change
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback
Customer Experience
  • Model and promote exceptional customer service principles
  • Utilize sales techniques to meet customer needs, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, maintain client communication

Other duties as assigned. This position may be available in multiple brands with duties varying.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of retail management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service track record
  • Strong organizational and leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of store operations and technology
  • Flexible work schedule required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant Walking/Standing
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent Climbing
