Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager thrives at increasing customer retention by being a successful problem-solver, good listener, and an excellent solution-based consultant for our Qtrac Software. They are responsible for increasing product engagement through providing updates on new features and potential integration points, while also developing a strategic business plan for cultivating prospective business. The Customer Success Manager will listen to the customer's desired business outcomes and provide them with the best possible solutions Qtrac can provide to achieve their vision.

Qualifications

· 2 years experience selling a SaaS product or 2 years in a Customer Success role.

· Outstanding communication and negotiating skills.

· Experience in working with CRM applications.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· Able to travel 25% of the time

· Job Type: Full-time

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field

· Extraordinary communication skills and ability to deliver complex messages in a simple manner to a variety of different stakeholders

· Strong technical capabilities including working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Knowledge of project management and processes

· Thrive in an open and dynamic work environment and can anticipate customer challenges through your pre-meeting research
