The Lotus Collaborative (TLC) provides holistic eating disorder recovery and behavioral health services, specializing in the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia and disordered eating in Santa Cruz, CA and San Francisco, CA . TLC specializes in exceptional treatment that's client-focused, strength-based, and individualized in a beautiful setting. *Qualifications:
The Lotus Collaborative is looking for a part-time primary therapist to join their team in beautiful Santa Cruz, CA. Interested candidates must be a currently registered Associate.(ACSW, AMFT, APCC)

Experience:
Eating Disorder experience preferred. Clinical experience in higher levels of care such as inpatient, residential, PHP or IOP is desired. Those with a solid personal eating disorder recovery are encouraged to apply. Trauma specialists will be given highest consideration.

This position is 4-5 days a week part-time and includes weekend shifts:

*Job description:

Job responsibilities include the provision of individual therapy, group facilitation, family therapy, therapeutic meal support, experiential outing support, and coordination of care with other members of the client's referring treatment team.

Other job components include clinical assessments, insurance pre-certifications and ongoing utilization management, discharge, and aftercare planning, and ongoing participation within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.


The primary therapist must be skilled at intensive case management, detailed and timely documentation, including treatment planning in accordance with company and managed care guidelines.

They must have the ability to establish rapport and be willing to engage with clients in an authentic way.

The ideal applicant has the capacity to function well within a team in a fast-paced, high acuity environment, and bring creativity, compassion, and a sincere dedication to treating this population.

Weekend work required.

*Salary range: *Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Salary listed is the range for Primary Therapist 1 (Associates or Licensed with 0-2 years experience).
