DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scanning/Indexing trip packets/rate cons/lumpers
  • Answers and routes telephone calls; conveys messages via email.
  • Performs receptionist duties including but not limited to answering, screening, and directing calls on multi-line
phone system, taking messages and/or forwarding telephone calls to appropriate employees.

  • Monitor trailers temp settings reporting.
  • Issuing money codes (Comdata/EFS) to drivers
  • Assist drivers with load information as required.
  • Reporting on reefer fueling/Drop trailer.
  • This position is part time and on-site
  • Other duties as assigned.
Part-time Position - Weekend shift Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm

Qualifications:
Have knowledge of computers, copy machine, postage meter, multi-line phone system.

Good people skills

Must possess good organizational skills.

Previous work experience in an office environment preferred.

Successful candidates will be proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

Experience in the trucking industry is a plus.


Candidates will be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
