  • Maintain and review patient EMRs, ensuring accurate documentation is available for provider reviews.
  • Prepare equipment and rooms for treatments, examinations, and procedures.
  • Keep exam rooms clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure provider's orders are carried out, including diagnostic testing and prescription orders/refills.
  • Safely store medications and immunizations as per departmental policy.
  • Respond to phone calls and schedule patients according to need.
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • American Association of Medical Assistants certification preferred.
  • BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Occasional travel to another primary care location may be necessary.
