Serving as the Chief of the Integrated Project Office responsible for extensive strategic planning, communication, and integration of a comprehensive and diverse team to execute the Veterans Affairs Support Projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Overseeing complex design and construction of hospitals, outpatient clinics, parking garages, and administrative buildings, including telecommunications, utilities, site improvements, and security systems necessary for a complete and usable facility.

Exercising delegated authority to manage and execute the Veterans Affairs Support Division mega project through design to construction completion.

Implementing multi-tiered governance to collaborate with district and contractor leadership, and principal staff to establish broad mission requirements and objectives.

Maintaining corporate goals and objectives, consistent with commitments, policy, and measurable performance criteria.

Supervising, coordinating, guiding, and directing the on-site Area or Resident Engineer and staff engaged in construction operations and contract administration.

Monitoring contract administration activities to ensure the accurate and efficient administration and close-out of contracts.

Supervising a staff of professional, technical, and administrative employees engaged in project management, budgeting and resourcing, scheduling, cost estimating, engineering, construction management, quality assurance and administrative support.
