As an Implementation Lead, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, utilizing your deep knowledge of Origami's products and industry knowledge, to drive and increase adoption of the Origami platform while ensuring client satisfaction. You will also contribute to the configuration, implementation and support of our software.
Starting base pay for this role is between $92,000 and $115,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
Responsibilities

  • Maintains day-to-day client relationship related to onboarding, support, adoption of products and services, and client satisfaction.
  • Drives adoption of contracted functionality to ensure client is maximizing their usage of and value from Origami.
  • For ongoing support, assigns deliverables and other tasks to individual team members.
  • Ensures ongoing service log requests are triaged, prioritized, addressed, and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Configures the Origami platform to meet client requirements.
  • Responsible for executing upon the action items identified in the Client Satisfaction Improvement Plan.
  • During implementation, identifies potential scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Project Manager.
  • Assists with configuration of the Origami platform.
  • Supports account management team in preparing, presenting, and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for contract renewals.
  • Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing.


Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in a client-facing professional services position
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or business-related field
    • Experience with SQL, JavaScript & XML preferred
    • Project Management background with proven success at driving customers to on-time and successful implementations a plus
    • RMIS, GRC, EHS or Healthcare experience required
