You will lead a small team responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating all audit and regulatory activities to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast a comprehensive audit and regulatory exam schedule.
  • Identify key areas of focus and potential risks to be addressed during audits and examinations.
  • Establish timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for audit and regulatory activities.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of relevant data and evidence during fieldwork.
  • Manage post-audit/exam remediation efforts and develop remediation plans.
  • Implement corrective actions and enhancements to controls and processes.
  • Complete regulatory assessments and questionnaires accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence to support regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in audit, risk management, GRC, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with international regulatory compliance is a plus.
