What you'll do:

Lead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations that maximize the performance of our suite of backend regulatory services and APIsClearly communicate the vision and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders; ensuring alignment with the company-wide objectivesCreate product specifications with clear business justification, technical requirements, and data flows that speak to the compliance needs across the entire portfolio. Provide internal training to privacy leads on how to utilize the serviceCollaborate with Match Group properties across the globe to align internal and external partners on strategies that maximize the impact and efficiency of product & legal teams while solving for underlying regulatory requirementsDevelop metrics to measure the success of service changes, analyze results, and use analysis to inform further iterationManage data accessibility for reporting purposes, designing dashboards to communicate KPIs to key internal and external stakeholders. Drive internal process improvements; provide day-to-day coordination and quality assuranceAssess emerging privacy products to measure potential value to the organization.
