As a Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of patient care and administrative tasks within the healthcare facility.

Your role will involve facilitating communication between patients and doctor to ensure efficient and high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:

Patient Scheduling:
Schedule patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits based on availability of doctor and patients' needs. Coordinate scheduling changes and cancellations as necessary.

Patient Registration:
Collect patient's information, including personal details, medical history, insurance information, and any other relevant data. Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records.

Patient Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and assisting with any concerns or issues after the surgery.

Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment reminders, instructions, and follow-up care.

Medical Records Management:
Maintain electronic medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies. Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.

Quality Assurance:
Monitor and maintain quality standards for patient care and customer service.
