Job Summary
NinjaHoldings is looking for a Data Analyst professional to join our Marketing Analytics team who will work closely with our existing team of marketing and advanced analytics experts. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the marketing campaigns to make sure we are hitting the target KPIs and constantly test, optimize and implement new analytics strategies to drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate is a self-directed individual with strong technical skills who can leverage large datasets to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key funnel metric, reports and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our products and understand the root causes of changes
  • Establish performance metrics, and develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL
  • Analyze marketing campaigns to optimize conversion and default rates, exploring ways to optimize and evaluate new attributes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to explore new ways of finding insights from data and provide recommendations to senior management in a clear and effective manner
  • Use advanced data analytics to understand user behaviors and marketing trends, make decisions based on trends and analytics, and identify business opportunities
  • Design A/B testing for marketing/product experiments, evaluate impacts and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product changes, and perform post release checks and impact analysis.
  • Communicate concise and actionable business strategies for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience with data analytics
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
  • Proficiency using Python
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Additional Pluses, but Not Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, operations research, quantitative finance, physics, engineering, computer sciences, etc.)
  • Experience working with specialty finance or FinTech
