Job Description
Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica Power Center for diverse data sources like databases, web sources, XML, Microsoft SharePoint, and Salesforce.Develop, monitor, and maintain Informatica workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring timely data availability.Identify inefficiencies, propose process improvements and automation, and support existing Informatica workflows by implementing new features and changes as needed.Develop Power BI dashboards to meet end-user reporting needs and establish standard methodologies for consistent data assessment and interpretation across multiple dashboards.Collaborate with various functional teams to achieve required business results and develop a framework for provisioning data for business users creating reports and data consumers.This role is local to New York City, NY. All candidates interviewing will need to interview in-person onsite in NYC.

The Successful Applicant
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 8 years of IT experience.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a financial services organization is preferred, with deep knowledge of Informatica Power Center 10.2 and demonstrated experience implementing Informatica's ETL components.Proficiency in writing, troubleshooting, and executing SQL queries and scripts, along with deep knowledge of relational databases and SQL.Hadoop environment experience is CRUCIALStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, multitask, prioritize workload, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines, while being flexible and open to learning new tools and applications.THIS CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN A HADOOP ENVIRONMENT
