  • Resource management to ensure that resources are suitable for project requirements, manage and balance near-shore and off-shore resources; forecast and assist in resource acquisition plans; and secure key resource assignments.
  • Technology forward to solve business challenges.
  • Roll your sleeves up, as needed to support the team with operational process and areas for efficiency.
  • Ability to learn and adopt chosen Project Management software, train team members as needed, and look for areas of improvement within the delivery team process.

The role
Your role as a Leader of the PMO is key to supporting our client's partner-ecosystem initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing the delivery engine and owning the process, documentation, and scale to directly impact the success of the engagement with each partner. You should be familiar with modern marketing fundamentals and deliverables; campaign plans, content strategy, email campaigns, account-based marketing, test and learn planning, etc.
Specifically, you will:
Governance:

  • Establish the PMO role and create a Center of Excellence in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards and company requirements.
  • Seek implementation efficiencies to meet or exceed the financial expectations established at project initiation.
  • Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, templates, policies, and metrics.
  • Monitor compliance with project policies and standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Coach and mentor project management practitioners and share knowledge of best practices.
  • Establish the PMO organization structure, hire and manage project staffing requirements in line with project objectives.
  • Coordinate project deliverables with Project Managers, Analysts, Accounts, Strategy, Creative teams.
  • Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget.

Tracking and Monitoring:

  • Track and provide project status and audit reports.
  • Manage the risk, issue and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
  • Interface with internal and external leaders to communicate project risks and opportunities.

Other:

  • Relationship management with a select group of partners, driving close collaboration on campaigns.
  • Seek opportunities to collaborate across the team, connecting activities to simplify and drive success.
  • Be a champion for holistic growth of a new program and opportunity for our team.

Your Experience

  • 8+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • All candidates Must have advance English (Written and Verbal) C1 level only
  • Multilingual is a big plus in growing our global teams.
  • Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to establish and manage a high‐performance team.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Problem solving, escalating when needed.
  • Experience working with a team of SMEs (Strategy, Creative, Media, Accounts, PMs).
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
  • Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
  • Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
