Job Overview:

RBI LAC brands (Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs) are in the middle of an exciting digital transformation. Within this fast-emerging digital, data rich environment, our Digital team is increasingly focused on creating insights to drive our digital strategy forward. We're focused on innovation across the customer journey in and outside our restaurants, identifying the most meaningful opportunities for our guests, and developing capabilities to bring them to life.

We strongly believe that we'll advance our brands by deepening our understanding of our guests and their relationship with our restaurant and brand level KPIs. By creating insight from the multitudes of data we receive, we're able to better meet the needs of our guests while growing sales, brand perception, and franchisee profit.

Within the LAC Digital team, the Sr. Analyst, Digital Analytics is responsible for generating the insights that form the building blocks of our Digital Sales strategy, working closely with the rest of the team across all digital channels (website, mobile app, kiosk, 3rd party delivery, outdoor menu boards, etc.) to drive in-store visits and digital sales. You will lead sales routines and create reports and analyses that generate valuable insights for the continuous growth and improvement of our digital efforts. You will also work closely to our partner Franchisees in deploying the recommendations and helping the digital business grow.

You are a hard-working, proactive individual, with excellent analytical skills who manages well and efficiently large databases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the IT teams and franchisees to ensure consistent visibility on LAC digital business metrics and accuracy of data.
  • Lead digital sales routines by consolidating LAC countries' digital sales and reporting on LAC digital sales KPIs to evaluate business performance.
  • Develop monthly and annual digital sales forecasts based on different business strategies.
  • Provide appropriate parties, including senior leadership, with timely, accurate, insightful analyses on digital sales & digital marketing programs (growth strategies, marketing campaigns, customer lifecycle activations).
  • Create and optimize dashboards using multiple data sources (e.g., traffic analyses, conversion funnels, customer lifecycle) and regularly report on insights derived from these tools to internal and external audiences.
  • Work in partnership with franchisees to leverage digital drivers and grow digital sales to maximize business results.
  • Design tests, measure impact and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teams.
  • Measure ROI of different initiatives to inform future opportunities.
  • Partner with Consumer Tech & IT teams to ensure that appropriate emerging technology is planned for and applied to achieve customer experience and business objectives.

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • A strong interest in the digital space
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail to deal with large sets of data
  • Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large sets of data, including excellent Excel skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding customers and results. An ideal candidate can clearly identify a problem, analyze it, develop hypothesis, and propose solutions
  • Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly and work with a lean team, dealing with ambiguities and comfortably handling uncertainties
  • Highly curious, always looking to learn and stay ahead of trends
  • Working knowledge in Marketing Technology (MarTech ecosystem - CDP, Web Analytics, Data Visualization) is a plus
  • Technical knowledge to bridge the gap between business side and Engineering/IT side is a plus
