ASRC Federal Mission Solutions is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are currently seeking seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Moorestown, NJ.
- Supports Program Manager in managing technical, cost, and schedule performance of multiple Aegis/BMD/USN technical projects in accordance with contract requirements
- Support new proposals and updates to existing proposals through use of estimation and pricing tools.
- Support new proposals and updates to existing proposals through use of estimation and pricing tools.
- Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely completion of project tasks within budget utilizing appropriate scheduling and change control processes
- Support creation and tracking of Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) analysis
- Collaborate across the organization supporting finance and functional activities to establish budgets and performance plan for project execution
- Supports Program Manager in preparation of program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
- Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
Requirements :
- US Citizen in order to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on Aegis and SSDS Programs
