Job Summary

Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations of retail dining location. Lead team in maintaining and enhancing work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage optimum performance of people and other resources.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise other professional-level employees
  • Maintain employee information on attendance and performance
  • Train and provide professional development opportunities for employees
  • Develop procedures and methods to improve quality of work performance

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Required Experience

  • Three (3) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Proposed Salary

$19.33 – $24.18 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
