The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects within the global payroll organization, including acquisitions and implementations. As a key member of the Finance team, the Senior Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet the company's standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project managers worldwide on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain a program road map from inception to completion
  • Ensure project scope and schedule alignment with objectives
  • Facilitate discussions on the project portfolio regularly
  • Manage tasks and time allocations for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Implement project-related reporting and communication strategies
  • Coordinate project closure to document best practices and lessons learned
  • Ensure effective change control processes are utilized
  • Collaborate across different departments efficiently
Requirements for Success:
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
  • Proven track record in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience managing project teams of 10 or more people
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project plans including risks, actions, and dependencies
  • Strong resource planning and task assignment skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and orally
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience providing leadership and mentoring to teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience required
  • Certifications such as CPP/PMP are a plus
Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in global payroll positions in a diverse delivery setting
  • Knowledge of APAC, EMEA, and LATAM payroll a plus
  • Proficiency in ADP GlobalView/Celergo, Workday HCM/Time required
  • Experience in project/program management essential
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
Physical Requirements and Environment

This role may involve travel of 10% - 25% from the home base, including overnight stays.
