RN Clinic Specialist Overview
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assesses patient needs and identifies anticipated nursing outcomes
- Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other health care team members
- Implements nursing interventions based on care plan
- Delivers care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patients
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and current Minnesota RN license
- BLS certification
- 5+ years of hospital or clinic experience, or 2+ years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification
- Experience with electronic health record systems
Preferred:
- Advanced Degree graduate from a CNS program with at least 3 years of specialty experience and CNS Certification eligible for privileging
- Endoscopy, Gastroenterology, or Digestive RN experience 2+ years
- Specialty training or graduate classes related to clinical area of practice
Location: Remote - must be a MN resident
Hours:1.0 FTE, 40 Hours a week
