Job DescriptionDescription:

The inventory position contributes to the success of PepsiCo by completing assigned components inventory cycle counts.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory integrity for all components by performing cycle counts of physical inventory balances, analyze, and compare against perpetual systems records.


Daily Responsibilities:
Counts, reconciles, and maintains inventory levels for maintenance parts.
Maintains inventory records to ensure supplies are at adequate levels.
Prepares daily reports of counts completed.
Prepares, copies, and distributes required reports.
Communicates with vendors to ensure inventory is accurate.
Adhere to WMS/SAP/ADC/SOX policies and procedures related to inventory
Assist with Period End Duties.
Support other inventory-related duties as assigned.
Willingness to learn & flex communication styles.

Perform physical inventory counts and maintain counts in alignment with the ABC Cycle Count Report, review variances with Inventory Controller in accordance to policy.

follow directions from Controllers & Supervisor to support daily balancing of all systems in compliance with SOX requirements for all responsible locations.


These systems include, but are not limited to:
SAP, WMS, and ADC.
Filing of all count sheets, reconciliations, and pertinent reports
Communicate and send email notifications to supported departments on weekly counts results.

Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of two to three years of experience in a supply chain related function
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and show an ability to work and participate effectively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year of inventory coordination experience preferred.
Ability to lift between 15 and 50 pounds continuous
Good math skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong visual counting skills
SAP inventory knowledge preferred.
Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail is critical.
Excellent communication skills required.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Willingness to work overtime and non-Monday-Friday work week

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
