Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Own the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Qlik Sense BigQuery SQL and Tableau.
  • Lead all aspects of the development and deployment of data models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality project work.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of data solutions to meet the growing needs of the organization.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve data architecture practices.
  • Handle project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and standard methodologies.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies to protect sensitive information.
  • Facilitate communication between collaborators to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve data architecture and analytics capabilities.
Position Qualifications:
  • At least 9 to 12 years of experience.
  • Required skills: SQL, BigQuery, Qlik Sense, and Tableau
  • Possesses deep technical skills in Qlik Sense BigQuery SQL and Tableau.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions.
  • Have a consistent track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality results.
  • Show expertise in developing data models and dashboards for business intelligence.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills to work optimally with multi-functional teams.
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry and Operations & Production Management is a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
