About the role:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker. This is a critical position supporting our Corporate Platform Applications, SharePoint and MS365 Suite.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
  • Selecting hardware, software and vendors.
  • Running Enterprise Projects working cross functional
  • Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience supporting SharePoint and/or MS 365 suite.
  • A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience
