Opentext Cybersecurity is looking for a motivated and talented Implementation Specialist to join our team. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Demonstrating and conducting a walk-through for the client through the setup and implementation of Opentext Cybersecurity Services for prospective customers
  • Providing technical and non-technical support and guidance to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of Opentext Cybersecurity services
  • Delivering clear and effective presentations to pilot implementations
  • Articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Working in conjunction with our sales team to ensure prospects enjoy a positive and productive experience while evaluating Zix AppRiver Services
  • Conducting on-boarding of new clients to Opentext Cybersecurity’s Systems
  • Maintaining full knowledge and hands-on proficiency with all company product lines and major competitors’ product lines
  • Translating customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Love and passion for helping customers and delivering a Phenomenal experience
  • Ability to prioritize and work responsibly with or without direct supervision
  • Ability to Multi-Task, manage tickets, chats, and phone calls simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate and educate others about complex technology simply
  • Technical sales or support experience is a plus 
  • Other Qualifications/Technical Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of information technology, computer environments, networking, troubleshooting, configuration, implementation, and applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely via phone/live chat/ticket conversation
  • Strong internet proficiency, Cloud computing, SaaS-based security solutions
  • Knowledge of hosted email and email security
  • Comprehensive understanding of networking technology – Windows networking, Active Directory, DNS Topology
  • Work Experience with Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
  • Work Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac
  • Ability to work on weekends and after hours
