As an Senior Upgrade Engagement Owner you will be accountable for the overall successful management of the Upgrade Center Managed Services customers. Working with all levels of customer leadership, you will be responsible for the overall upgrade planning as well as domain strategy and successful package testing for a combination of platorms including the Millennium EHR and RevElate. Much of your time will be spent ensuring that internal and external project teams are working to keep the customer environments up to date as well as positioning the customers to be able to take advantage of the new capabilities. You will cultivate external customer relationships to achieve business objectives. You will ensure appropriate customer and internal Oracle collaborators are informed of critical issues. Your work is usually accomplished by working remotely with clients. However, travel may warrant onsite time with your assigned customers, which may include up to 10% travel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Cerner millennium upgrade knowledge experience
  • Domain/package knowledge experience

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
