Purpose:

At Kraus, we are looking for an outstanding Operations Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact. As an Operations Specialist, your role will be crucial in ensuring flawless operations and delivering top-notch service. We are seeking an organized, dependable professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and can effectively manage multiple tasks at once. In this position, you will have the chance to work independently while also collaborating with your team and other departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders: You will allocate and create shipments, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Document management: You will upload important documents into our internal database to ensure easy access and organization.
  • Problem resolution: You will review and resolve any issues with problem orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Timely shipping: You will ensure that all orders, including dropship and LTL orders, are shipped in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
  • Returns and credits: You will process returns and issue credits to customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Partner portal management: You will monitor partner portals and submit claims as necessary, maintaining strong partnerships and resolving any issues.
  • Email management: You will manage and respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Project and task management: You will take ownership of and juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Workflow prioritization: You will prioritize workflow and ensure that time-sensitive and urgent requests are met promptly.
  • Cross-functional support: You will provide support to multiple teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Process improvement: You will streamline processes and create or improve existing process documentation, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • System proficiency: You will have the ability to work with and use multiple systems and programs, adapting quickly to new technologies and tools.
  • Additional responsibilities: You will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the department and organization.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Prefer College Graduate.
  • 1+ years of experience in an operations focused role
  • Friendly, courteous, and flexible and enjoy working with a variety of departments
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Works effectively under pressure
  • Work independently and with little direct supervision.
  • Computer literature for intermediate or advance use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • May require off hours and weekends
