Responsibilities include the following with additional tasks assigned as needed:
This role will be working within sales, design, ecommerce, creative, tech, pre-production and production teams.
Review and approve samples.
Work with Production team, Pre-production team and Design team to ensure all issues being communicated.
Responsible for managing and upkeep SMS/dupe samples.
Must organize and maintain all dupe samples by delivery
Send development samples to buyers and sales team as needed
Pass dupe samples of each delivery to the tech team as requested
Work closely with ecommerce and creative teams on SMS/dupe samples
Request shipping label and send tracking number daily basis.
Support the pre-production team with additional tasks.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy of work
A team player who is self-Driven with sense of urgency and detailed oriented with problem-solving abilities
Associate degree
1-2 Years of Experience in the fashion industry
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of the Following a Plus, but not required: PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop
Compensation $ per hour
