Training Records Administrators

Job Summary:
Responsible for an ongoing audit of all crewmember training forms/records to ensure Atlas and FAA compliance. The Training Records Administrator maintains all crewmember qualification in the AIMS computer system.
Responsibilities:
Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations
Provides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned duties
Audits periodically crew training records to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and is current
Notifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file
Notifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expire
Responsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor records
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Minimum of four years of related experience including one year of comprehensive airline training records experience
Skills:
Must demonstrate the desire and the ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
Must have strong interpersonal, analytical, administrative and communication skills
Must possess the personal integrity and administrative skills to gain the confidence of the crewmember work force
Extensive knowledge of FAR's as they pertain to Crewmember training records and regulations is required
