Lessen has quickly evolved from exciting startup to valued partner, delivering scalable and turnkey property services to our clients.

Lessen is seeking a managerto lead our Project Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the team responsible for remotely planning renovation and turn activities. You will manage the team, put into place, and sustain an efficient, standardized, and scalable process that drives the scheduling, budgeting, timelines, and quality standards. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate attention to detail, dependability, honesty, and integrity. The right candidate will have leadership experience, strong critical thinking skills, perform well under pressure, be adaptable, and most of all, be a culture champion.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise team Leads to ensure that they are enforcing the highest standards for quality, accuracy, and adherence to process.
  • Hold team Leads accountable for managing their teams and SLAs/KPIs. Regularly evaluate current processes and develop new scalable systems and processes to scale the growth of our business.
  • Lead and coach the project supervisors to continuously develop their professional knowledge, operational proficiency, and leadership ability to improve performance and prepare them for career development.
  • Assist senior department leadership in developing department strategy, processes, and procedures that will enable us to achieve strategic goals.
  • Use insight from data to help identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide informal coaching and formal feedback on a regular schedule.
  • Closely monitor the operational performance of all teams to identify the root causes of process and program deficiencies.

You Should Have:

  • 3-5 years of related operations and people management experience
  • Exceptional in coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
  • Strong personal and professional judgement
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent in engaging a team through communication, processes, personal impact, and influence.
  • Ability to comprehend and deal with rapid changes and remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
  • Relationship builder, influencer and team player who is comfortable working with stakeholders in multiple departments.
  • 2 or more years of construction related experience strongly preferred
  • 4-year degree or equivalent applicable experience
