Interpret, analyze and inform management officials and employees of new and/or revised operational procedures.
Manage and provide comprehensive program guidance and advisory services to managers and rated employees regarding the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), and Civilian Awards Program.
Advise administrative office personnel and staff chiefs on management of administrative programs.As forms and publications control coordinator, serves as focal point for all administrative directives and policy publications emanating from the command
