Job Summary:

As a Supply Chain Manager at Southwest Range Services, you will be responsible for performing technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, and cataloging. You will work with limited supervision within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures. This role requires a good working knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and other established guidelines. You will also have a good understanding of the needs of the organization serviced and analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data, to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, and cataloging.
  • Work with limited supervision within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and other established guidelines.
  • Analyze the needs of the organization serviced and identify the dimension of the problems involved.
  • Collect and analyze data to establish the facts and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skill and good performance in the particular field.
  • Two years progressive experience in the related field (e.g., stock clerk, inventory clerk, warehouseman, etc.).
