Join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North as a Night Auditor.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

The Night Auditor handles guest requests overnight, manages accounting responsibilities, and prepares for the next day's operations.
Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Check-in guests, handle reservations, and assist with guest inquiries via phone and in person.
Respond promptly to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
Reconcile and balance accounts from the day shift.
Manage the hotel's cash flow and accurately log receipts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or out-of-balance accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Assist in preparing financial forecasts and audits.
Skills and

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
PEP certified with previous Hilton experience strongly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent math skills and proficiency in accounting principles.
Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work overnight shifts.
