Job Description

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross-functional programs and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

As a member of the OCI Finance Future Design team, you will provide finance support for the segment of OCI responsible for shaping our future Data Center and Network design and footprint.

  • Planning: Assist in driving capacity needs alignment between business and finance.
  • Analysis: Analysis of current metrics and trends and identify efficiencies opportunities in the Data Center space.
  • Team Player: Become a trusted member across teams by delivering consistent quality and timely results.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve financial processesModeling: Ad hoc financial modeling.
Additional Responsibilities may Include
  • Capable of leveraging the larger Oracle Financial community effectively, gather and analyze information and resolve business issues across the organization
  • Financial presentations to the business/finance leadership, preparation of detailed analysis, summarize key findings and recommendations
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and business teams

Preferred skills & experience

  • Bachelor degree with 8+ years finance experience. MBA Preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud and infrastructure. Experience supporting engineering preferred.
  • Takes initiative to achieve valuable results and ability to track the progress of multiple inquires and tasks effectively.
  • Result oriented. Ability to translate ideas into operational steps and follow through to closure.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
