The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of marketing projects and ad-hoc tasks by effectively establishing project plans and a statement of work, managing overall budgets and timelines, as well as partner management and communication. The PM is responsible for moving strategy into action by redefining marketing initiatives and priorities into plans and tactics across all marketing channels.

This role works hand in hand with marketing and creative functions within the centrally managed team. Functions include Marketing Development, Planning, Design, Copywriting, Content Strategy, Development, and Operations. The PM role is the central point of contact responsible for all project-related tasks to be delivered on time and within budget, always keeping the overall quality and business objectives in sight.

We are looking for a good communicator with strong skills in partner management, a hard-working and proactive problem-solver who works well in a team-oriented, collaborative atmosphere, and someone who thrives with being engaged at all levels of the project, possessing a sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability to see a project through from start to finish. This applicant should empower the experience, knowledge and influence to bring the right people along at the right time to manage project milestones, call out risks and eliminating hurdles.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Deliver multiple, concurrent projects: accurate, on time or early, on or under budgetWork directly with a cross-functional team to build Omni-Channel campaigns by mapping objectives, gathering requirements, directing workflow processes and defining outcomes.Review project work requests from partners, in partnership with the creative team, and answer any internal and external questionsProvide clear priorities daily to the team and remove barriers for efficient executionBuild and maintain clear project timelines and coordinate project business reviewsEfficiently handle day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations.Facilitate meetings, and ensure the team receives clear next steps via detailed notes and action itemsRecognize operational management systems and tools (estimating, financial tracking, time tracking, project timeline applications, etc.) adjusting the tools and resources to efficiently lead each projectParticipate in continuous process improvement and workflow optimizationDemonstrates proficiency in autonomous decision making
Relationship Management

Solid ability to uphold positive team environmentsDay-to-day team point-of-contact for project-related tasks, proactively discussing, and setting expectations on an ongoing basis throughout a projectBuild strong working relationships across marketing team members and collaborators, establishing a role as a trusted resource and advisorExperienced in partner management and communication
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field

A minimum of 3-5 years of solid ability to lead concurrent projects in a fast-paced business environment

Experience with project management tool(s) that includes maintenance of key project details, budgets, estimates, schedules, and resource assignments is a plus

Agile project management experience a plus

Experience in a marketing omnichannel environment: print, digital, presentation, video, etc.

Attention to detail is a must

Effective problem-solving skills

Ability to produce quality outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment

A demonstrated track record of gaining trust, consensus and respect by consistently demonstrating conflict resolution and critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
