Position Summary:

This job is responsible for enabling wide-scale/organizational transformation to Lean-Agile principles, practices & structures and is focused on serving needs of team to drive performance & growth. Responsibilities include training, coaching & advising executives, and portfolio leaders, in order to cultivate a successful Agile org. Role develops the Lean-Agile transformation strategy & supports its execution, including mentoring Agile Coaches. Are an expert in Lean-Agile transformation & change management efforts & act as a go-to reference across the org.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on training/coaching to execute leaders on Agile Transformation Strategy. Guide development of Agile operating model including product & value stream. Establish process & structure for Lean Portfolio Management to align strategy & execution. Mentor executive leaders to embrace, model & foster a culture of lean thinking. Facilitate discussion, decision making, & conflict resolution within the executive teams to increase adoption. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Lean-Agile frameworks, along with industry & technology experience, to assess organization's maturity and recommend, establish, and ensure consistency in practices across the organization. Provide feedback to executive leaders regarding their progress of Agile adoption for their organization. Educate leaders & facilitate outcome-based planning & definition of Key Performance Indicators. Planning, Execution & Process - Facilitates activities w/ stakeholders adjusting investments to continually align business value. Risk Management - Establishes control strategy and policies for addressing risks arising from business operations and change across technology org. Analytical Thinking - Embeds and influences a culture of innovation to effectively solve problems by enabling abilities in others. Solution Delivery Process - Drives adoption & continually improves processes in the software lifecycle across teams. Business Products & Strategy - Strong knowledge of products & services at functional & data level within their business area. Participates in development or integration of lean/efficiency initiatives into technology. Promote Collaboration - Collaborate w/ cross-business/technology. Focuses to improve the collaboration capabilities of others. Influence Decisions - Builds alliances w/ both internal & external stakeholders to gain support & buy-in on ideas. Partners with business stakeholders & leverages industry knowledge. Achieve Sustainable Results - Uses KPI data to identify business/technical opportunities - product innovation/cost reduction/process improvement . Required Skills: 5+ years in the use of Agile methodologies and supporting tools, including acting as Scrum Master for teams 2-3+ years working in an Agility training / coaching role with exposure to large organizational transformations Financials & Resource Management - Ability to track program & multiple value stream variances to ensure work aligns w/ program objectives Solution Design - Has knowledge of software development but not involved in hands-on application development/coding Test Engineering - Has general awareness of testing practices but not involved in hands-on testing DevOps & Release Automation - Basic knowledge of automation & continuous delivery practices but not involved in hands-on testing Application & Data Architecture - Basic awareness of architecture & design. Ability to comply w/ bank standards for information security & business architectures Data Management- Has knowledge of data management practices & technologies but not hands-on w/ the development of a data system Experience Design - Understands design principles & familiar w/ the bank brand & accessibility guidelines Desired Skills: Scrum Master certification is preferred SPC certification is preferred Agile Practices Analytical Thinking Collaboration Influence Result Orientation Business Acumen Financial Management Risk Management Solution Delivery Process Stakeholder Management Architecture Data Management DevOps Practices Test Engineering User Experience Design Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
