Sales Ledger Clerk Have you got experience within a Credit Control or Sales Ledger role, seeking a new opportunity to work for a great company? We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a company based in Colchester on a full time, permanent basis.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding invoicing and general finance duties Entering sales invoices onto the accounts ledgerDealing with cash reconciliations and cash refundsProcessing supplier invoices and payments onto the accounts ledgerAssisting with month end duties and checking credit notesManaging invoicing dutiesSupporting the Accounts team with any ad-hoc tasks as requiredThis is a fully office-based role, with free parking.

Please note you must be able to drive due to the location. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and the salary is 26k-27.5k Per Annum (DOE).

To be successful for this position, you must have excellent communication and organisation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

You must also be IT literate with intermediate Excel skills. Use of Sage would be desirable.
