Working as part of the wider finance function you will be responsible for all invoicing duties. This will initially be on a 12 Month Contract basis. Main Duties Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals, to manage and organise financial data.
Preparing statutory accounts, making sure they are accurate and comply with regulatory requirements.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct, cross-checking records to ensure accuracy.

Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries related to accounts and finances from clients, suppliers, colleagues or other stakeholders.

Managing petty cash transactions, by tracking the cash used for smaller business expenses.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits, making sure the balances in the accounts match the records. Knowledge & Skills Solid understanding of basic accounting regulations.
Highly meticulous and pragmaticHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
