Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for:

  • Communications & Marketing Strategy & Org
    • Design a Marketing Plan with the Marketing & Sales Teams for the Americas and approved by CEO Americas.
    • Design an effective, actionable marketing plan for the Americas following the Group strategy and to deliver sales priorities for the region in terms of VAS adoption and ESL growth.
    • Strengthen and develop the marketing team in the region, high morale and great e-NPS
  • Brand Awareness
    • Boost the company's awareness in its markets through thought-leadership content, press coverage and key conferences.
    • Define and lead the execution of a PR plan in line with the company's targets in the Americas.
    • Oversee with the team the customer experience centers in the US (Chicago, Dallas) and the showrooms equipped with our solutions.
  • Account-based marketing
    • Define with sales the top large key accounts to address in terms of marketing.
    • Establish clear marketing & communications action plan to reach these accounts and their key decision makers through awareness, thought-leadership, events, lead generation, business cases.
    • Work with ABM specialists to deliver the plan and review performance based on KPIs defined together with sales.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Manage the digital marketing specialist established in the Americas (Chicago)
    • Ensure prime visibility of the Group and its solutions on digital channels by establishing KPIs based on engagement rates, follower counts, SEO rankings, SEA conversion.
  • Events & Associations
    • Oversee the execution of the event plan for the Americas, led by the Events Coordinator for the region.
    • Define key objectives for major shows, as well as smaller events, in terms of attendees, leads, and opportunities.
    • Create & nurture deep relationships with show associations to maximize our memberships and visibility through these key channels for retail
  • Channel Marketing
    • Manage the channel marketing manager to deliver & execute ambitious channel sales plans for the regions: events, dedicated marketing content, business cases.

Qualifications

Qualifications we're looking for.

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a marketing manager (ideally B2B and SaaS industry)
    • 3+ years in a management role
    • Strong expertise in leveraging regional marketing strategies and plans to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing plans and campaigns
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills, committed to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
    • A deep understanding of sales and marketing best practices, as well as proficiency in data analysis and marketing technology
  • Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Evidence of ability to work within a high-growth, dynamic team.
    • Adept at cross-functional team collaboration and ability to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
    • Ability to influence change across a matrixed organization
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
