Key Responsibilities

  • Lead event marketing efforts in top-tier markets, taking charge of all aspects of the marketing plan and execution geared towards boosting attendee ticket sales. This includes email marketing, promotional strategies, ad placements, newsletters, social media campaigns, and more.
  • Manage the Bisnow brand's social media presence by collaborating with internal teams to develop a content calendar, devise engagement strategies, and maintain a consistent brand voice across various platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize data using reporting tools like Marketo, Google Analytics, and SocialFlow to enhance conversion rates, improve performance, and identify avenues for enhancing marketing efforts and increasing revenue streams.
  • Utilize data insights and marketing best practices to enhance product and event performance, thereby bolstering our portfolio and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate demand for advertisers through various channels such as content marketing, ad campaigns, and search engine marketing, to deliver inbound leads for the sales team.
  • Work closely with production and sales teams to develop resonating strategies and messaging tailored to local audiences.
  • Establish robust brand guidelines in coordination with the CMO and design teams to ensure consistency, elevate brand identity, and reinforce our market position.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in media, live events, or digital roles.
  • Proven track record of creating, optimizing, and analyzing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities.
  • Capable of interpreting large datasets to make well-informed marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changes swiftly.
  • Team player with the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Experience with Marketo or similar email marketing tools, proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, and prior event marketing exposure are advantageous.
