Notifies the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) of input forms and procedures required for action, contracts production, and quality assurance elements to verify/secure required data.
Assists other contract personnel in resolving problems with Trusted Agent function workload, progress payments, and contract closings.Plays an integral role in achieving Agency Level Performance Indicators that are associated with Contract Closeout and Canceling Funds.
Contacts customer and contractors under established contracts discuss and resolve difficulties with scheduling deliveries, availability of goods, and meeting terms of purchase agreements.
Conducts preliminary review of documents and presents discrepancies to the Contract Administrator/Administrative Contracting Officer.Establishes, maintains, and uses databases developed by the team to ensure suspense dates are met, that the contract data reflects contractor performance accurately, and that the data is available for validation.
