About This Job

The B2B marketing strategy team at Axos currently has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator with the skills and desire to help support and develop marketing strategy for our Advisor Services business. These marketing activities require a significant amount of self-direction and forward-thinking. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are necessary. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking career growth and to hone their strategic marketing and project management skills.

Based in our San Diego, CA office, we'll count on you to:

  • Help draft creative briefs and coordinate projects that are more tactical in nature
  • Support the marketing strategy team with project management utilizing Workfront - ensuring timely deliverables and record-keeping, task tracking, and execution
  • Own the team's processes and procedures - ensuring regular review and appropriate risk controls
  • Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communications, ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Write non-technical copy; edit and proofread marketing communications
  • Maintain and provide analysis on campaign data, website data, and prospect lists, as well as assist in the creation of Quarterly Marketing Reports, bi-weekly reports and enterprise-wide MAPs reports. Maintain a marketing dashboard with all key data points
  • Create internal newsletters and other internal communications
  • Organize, archive, and maintain marketing assets to ensure efficient compliance and audit reviews
  • Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records
  • Complete all required trainings and select optional trainings for personal development
  • Collaborate with the broader B2B marketing team to share ideas, drive efficiencies, and cross-train
  • Support the strategy team by performing general tasks: administrative, tactical, and strategic in nature
